This was my first time using facemyer, Ferris came and he was exceptional, definitely took his time, explained things very thoroughly and provided me different options of my choosing. I will definitely use them in the future
On time, fast, efficient, and professional
New to area and a/c unit went out. My son had used Facemyer so I called them up. Ashley was very accommodating with several different times to send someone over. Ferris came over and let me know what was wrong and what were my options. He did everything that was needed to do the JOB RIGHT. VERY IMPRESSIVE in a time when we live in an era when people just do stuff just to get the job done. It was such a nice experience. A/c unit working like a champ. Got Facemyer on my speed dial for next time when a/c goes out along with ACE TECH-FERRIS.
