Great customer service!!! Highly recommended, especially with the summer heat!!!
We used Facemyer to install and do the first annual service on our a/c unit. They are friendly, honest, professional and a local family owned business. I wouldn't use anyone else. One minor suggestion for improvement though. My service was scheduled for 8:30-9:30 am. When they didn't show, I called and discovered that it was re-scheduled for noon. Would really have preferred someone calling to let me know. In spite of that, they are still deserving of five full stars.
We have used Facemyer twice now for both or our air conditioner units when they have stopped working. They have been very quick to respond, even on the weekend when our house was 80 degrees and over 90 outside! They have correctly diagnosed the problems both times and both technicians who came out helped us we're extremely knowledgeable and helped us better understand our units for the future. Thank you for providing quality work that is worth the cost!
Justin Mosley was my comfort consultant and he was very knowledgeable, informative and patient with all of my questions about a new system. Once I committed to the unit, he stayed in constant communication to ensure that I was aware of next steps and to answer any questions I had along the way. The installation crew were very efficient and professional. I am very happy that I decided to choose Facemyer to replace my unit and I would highly recommend them! Thanks again!

I have been using Facemyer Air Conditioning and Heating for several years. They installed my air conditioner and have been servicing it ever since. Whenever I call for a repair or maintenance, they respond promptly and I get their service immediately. Rodney Ferris is usually the technician who comes to my house. He is thorough, informative, courteous and trustworthy. Other technicians have come, who are equally as efficient as Rodney. I trust Facemyer 100%. I highly recommend this company.
Our smart thermostat went blank and we called Facemyer on a Sunday evening for support. The young lady that answered was polite and professional and advised that the on call technician would be in touch with us within the hour. The technician called us approximately 15 minutes later and walked us through how to fix our problem. The over the phone troubleshooting worked perfectly and saved us a lot of money. Great service!
