We were really impressed with the AC installation we had done with Facemyer! We got multiple quotes and felt Facemyer had the best price for the variable speed we were looking for with the best reviews for installation. The salesperson who came out was great - the only of four to go into our attic and take a look. The install team was fantastic - they were on time and clearly knew what they were doing. Their entire team was responsive - we got calls for a few weeks after to make sure everything was working well. When the inspector came out to look at it, he flipped something and it wasn't working right. Facemeyer sent someone out within an hour on a Friday evening to fix it. We would highly recommend them!

Facemyer has been our go to for well over a decade now. We have always received the greatest and most courteous service from the smallest issues to the more serious. Scheduling service is just a call away. Natalie will book a service call right away and if it's an emergency, generally, the next day service is easily scheduled. Although we have had same day service calls on occasion. Thank you for keeping us cool.

This young man that came to my house was on time, which I appreciated very much. Cause usually you end up wasting the entire day, waiting around for somebody and getting madder and madder, and matter as time goes by. Then he had to do a really gross job on my backed up ac unit. He was extremely polite, quiet, decent, probably around. I don't know his age, but i'm sixty three and I know he was like he seemed like a baby to me. But he got done in about an hour and a half, and I gave him a ten dollar tip so he can get lunch or something, and he was thrilled to get that. Like really appreciated it and was shocked. And then he sent me pictures of all the grossness, it was so gross. So make sure you get your drains cleaned out once in a while. That lead out because the vinegar doesn't take it all out.And after eighteen years in this house, it was so bad.It was disgusting. And it backed up and kept shutting off my panel in the house and shutting off the air conditioning. And it came out on Halloween day so excellent. I got done the next day so I didn't have to suffer at all and i'm disabled so that's very nice and then he offered to come back and eventually change my filter because it's probably gonna be sticky and i'm probably gonna be weak and not be able to open.It. Show superior work this young man. Even it was even though it was disgusting. I think his name was alberto. So ask for him. If you live around oviedo florida, I think I don't know where exactly he comes out of but that's what the stamp was on that was on my train a c.
