Always responsive, friendly, thorough, professional. All the techs are competent and trustworthy, and we're especially pleased when Red is able to visit. He has taken care of us since we moved to Deltona, and we honestly think our machine is in even better condition now than when it was new. Facemyer came to the rescue when my regular A/C company let me down…
My air-conditioner fan motor & blade went out and my regular a/c company said 10-days to get the parts. Jerrod at Facemyer managed to get the parts from the manufacturer in 3-days. Senior tech "Red"came out and did an awesome job. Just in time for the heat. Thanks Facemyer, you rock!

I had estimates from 5 different local AC businesses in planning to replace my 20 year unit. I was impressed with the time Facemyer took to evaluate what I needed and actually measured and evaluated my space. I chose them after doing research with Consumer Reports and talking to neighbors who had used them. Be careful of the places that don't pull a permit, and skip important steps in replacing the unit. I could have gotten a different unit cheaper but it wasn't rated very high so I couldn't qualify for the Duke Energy rebate or the tax write off. Installation was done in a day by Justin and Andy who were very efficient, professional and did a great job cleaning up. Fortunately I had good guidance in making my decision and I am very pleased with my cool and super quiet unit. It is very efficient so I am looking forward to a lower power bill.
