Excellent detailed oriented work. I had three systems installed in my home and was absolutely blown away by their professionalism and quality work. I also had duct work for my kitchen hood done and same amazing results. Everyone in the company from sales, techs and office personal are a pleasure to talk to.

I have been a regular customer of Facemyer for years. They installed a new unit at my old home and are maintaining the unit in my new home. Any visit has always been professional, courteous, timely, efficient and fairly priced. Wouldn't call anyone else! Yay, for an awesome, local business!!

Extremely honest! I had 3 different companies over here. Each one wanted to sell me a brand new unit! I can't afford one, so does that mean I have to sit in the heat? I can't say enough about the level of service I received from this company. My old HVAC system had a leak in the coil and the coil froze, leaving us without AC in July. My daughter is severely disabled and in a wheelchair, so a quick resolution to minimize our AC's downtime was important. The company went above and beyond to locate a replacement coil and when that was not possible, they scheduled next-day service to put in a new HVAC unit. Everyone--from the office staff, to the installers Justin and Andy, to the owner Rodney Facemyer--was competent, professional, caring and delivered stellar customer service. This is the way to run a business! Thanks to everyone at Facemyer for helping us keep our cool (in more ways than one).
